The high stakes excitement of Las Vegas meets the enchantment of supreme haute horlogerie in a new Royal Oak Tourbillon Chronograph watch from Audemars Piguet.
This particularly elite Royal Oak timepiece showcases a striking red and black color scheme as well as the exquisite Audemars Piguet 2385 caliber--a manually wound column-wheel chronograph movement featuring a one-minute tourbillon regulator and the highest degree of haute de gamme movement finishing.
Its complex brushed and polished stainless steel surfaces--including the signature hexagonal screws which affix the bezel--are here given a stealthy black treatment to create a captivating contrast with the white outlined red hour figures, red chronograph subdial accents, and the finely beveled red tourbillon bridge in eloxed aluminum. Aside from the continually rotating tourbillon cage with its screw-adjusted balance wheel and delicately chamfered constellation of components, the dial also creates intrigue with an alternation of distinctive surface patterns. These are presided over at center with Audemars Piguet's famous "Mega Tapisserie" waffle pattern. The central baton hands are crafted from polished white gold, and present strips of Superluminova for easy reading in conditions of low light or darkness.
Audemars Piguet fits each of the 35 individually numbered Royal Oak Las Vegas Strip Tourbillon Chronograph watches with a luxurious crocodile leather strap accented with brilliant red stitching. A blackened stainless steel folding clasp shaped in the form of the Audemars Piguet initials elegantly joins the watch to its fortunate owner.
