Toi Boat

Toi Boat is a classic Cheoy Lee Long Range Cruiser that has been updated extensively. She is one the few models available with full walk-around side decks, making docking and line handling safe and easy for a cruising couple. Her maple veneered salon creates a spacious and airy living area and the large windows, and tempered glass wall to the aft deck make the salon sunny and bright. Her engine room is very clean and well organized and her bilges are painted and clean. Once you step aboard, you can tell she is a very well maintained yacht ready for extensive cruising immediately. The sellers just completed their last cruise, so Toi Boat's asking price has been reduced again to encourage offers.

Toi Boat is a classic Cheoy Lee Long Range Cruiser, but she has been updated extensively and is one of the few models with full walk-around side decks. Her Portuguese Bridge has also been removed to create a very large and open foredeck area. Her Maple veneered salon really opens this area and makes it feel much larger than it really is. The large side windows and huge glass aft door also allow in so much natural light that the salon feels massive yet appealing. Her engine room is very clean and organized and her bilges painted and clean. Once you step onboard, you can tell she is a very well-maintained yacht ready for extensive cruising immediately.

Entering from the aftdeck into the salon through the full glass door and aft salon wall, one finds the stairs to the aft staterooms to starboard and a sofa to port. The dining tableand galley areforward. Proceeding forward from the salon, one enters the pilothouse and then stairs down to the forward staterooms and engine room. There are stairs to the flybridge in the pilothouse.

There are five staterooms total. Starting forward, there are three bunks in the forward stateroom with over/under bunks to starboard and a single to port. Just aft and to port is the other forward guest stateroom with over/under bunks and a large desk. The head is to starboard.

The three aft staterooms include the full beam, ensuitemasterstateroom all the way aft, then a guest stateroom forward and to port with twins and then an ensuiteguest stateroom to starboard with a double berth.Each stateroom enjoys natural light from portlights or an overhead hatch and plenty of storage and hanging lockers.

The forward most guest stateroom offer over/under bunks to starboard and a single berth to port. There is an overhead hatch, plenty of storage and a hanging locker. The soles are a beautiful teak parque.

The forwardport guest stateroom offers over/under bunks and a large desk, hanging locker, storage and portlights. The head is located to starboard.

The aft port guest stateroom offers twin berths with a bureaubetween. There are portlights, hanging locker and storage. The aft guest head is to starboard.

The aft starboard guest stateroom offers a double berth with portlights, hanging locker and storage. This stateroom also has direct access to the aft guest head.

The full-beam master stateroom with ensuite headis located all the way aft and offers a king size centerline berth. There is also a very nice built-in couch to port and a vanity/desk to starboard. There are also two hanging lockers and plenty of stowage. The master stateroom head was completely updated this year with new granite, marble and ceramic tile.

The pilothouse offers two helm seats, a full console, side doors and steps to the flybridge.

The galley has been completely updated with new stainless steel appliances and Corian countertops. The galley is open to the salon and fully equipped.

Dining and entertaining can be enjoyed in the salon at the teak and holley dining table or casual dining on the aftdeck or flybridge.

The huge salon is very comfortable, open and airy due to all the large side windows and glass aft entrance door and Maple veneer interior. The galley is forward and stairs to the aft cabin are aft and to starboard. There is a teak and holley dining table forward and a sofa to port. The entertainment center with 32" flat screen TV on a lift is to starboard.

There is a Kenmore stack washer and dryer in the forward guest foyer just forward and to starboard of the engine room entrance door.

The large, classic Cheoy Lee aftdeck offers comfortable deck furniture, teak decking and cap rails.

The huge flybridge and sundeck allow very comfortable entertaining or lounging, yet there is plenty of room for the tender and davit aft. The forward half of the flybridge is covered by a hard top. There is deck furniture , storage, a chest freezer and full helm console forward.

The huge sundeck includes lounge furniture and a table and chairs. Painted decks instead of teak help keep the area cooler. The tender and davit are located aft and the flybridge with two Todd helm chairs and helm are forward.
